Refund policy
Refunds
All orders must be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements are accepted at the discretion of Motsu Socks. Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 7-10 business days and confirmation will be communicated via email.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept exchanges. We will only replace defective or damaged items. If you need a different color or size, we recommend ordering the desired item and returning the order(s) as needed. Returns that do not meet the above return policy are accepted at the discretion of Motsu Socks.
Return Shipping
To return your product, please send us an email with your order number and the original order email receipt to begin the return process.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as to we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
